I used to have a hard time saying no.

A few years ago I realised I was spending a whole lot of my time doing a whole load of things I didn't want to do. Because I said yes to everyone and didn't know how to say no. The classic 'people pleaser'. Going for the line of least resistance. They might not like me if I say 'no' I thought. But I had to learn how to say no so I had some time left to do what I wanted to do. I drew this cartoon to make fun of myself for making saying 'no' so complicated. Don't make it so complicated I'd tell myself - just say no. But then I started saying no to everything and becoming a hermit. So as with everything in life, it's all a balance. Just two letters in this word but can be one of the most complex to execute.
