At Share and Bloom we are dedicated to finding the best tools and ideas so we’ve done the research for you. Now it’s over to you to give them a try. Here you will find countless tools and inspirations, many that can help you in your life on a daily basis.
One day you might feel like an inspirational message, another a funny picture or video or some technique to get you out of a rut.
We all deserve to bloom like a flower and shine like a star.
Why the name Share and Bloom?

Sharing is about making people feel like they are not alone and that there is a way forward.
Bloom
Bloom because flowers stand tall in their glorious colour, proud of their individuality and not trying to be like the other flowers. We all deserve to bloom like a flower in all our glory.
Who are you?
You might have had or be having challenges in your life - mentally or physically and current solutions have not got you to where you want to be. You might be a parent looking for ways to help your child. You might have a friend who needs your help. You might be an organisation looking for novel solutions for wellbeing for your staff. You might be a charity looking for additional mental health resources. Or you might just be someone who struggles occasionally, gets baffled by what life throws at you and are looking for a bit of inspiration.
Why the categories?
We wanted a way to categorise all of the useful information we have found. We’ve separated them out into the following categories:
Expression - tools and inspiration to express your feelings, emotions and thoughts
Fun - being able to have a laugh to feel better can be the best medicine
Creativity - to transform how you feel and create something wonderful
Mind - to understand yourself, others and life at large
Body - have a break from your thinking mind and balance that with looking after your body
Organise - to have some structure and plan for getting your life back on track
Purpose - something bigger to aim for to help you get out of bed on those gloomy days
Why?
According to the mental health charity Mind approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year and it appears that how people cope with mental health problems is getting worse as the number of people who self-harm or have suicidal thoughts is increasing.
They also report in England and Wales that approximately 1 in 8 adults with a mental health problem are currently receiving treatment and medication is reported as the most common type of treatment for a mental health problem.
According to the World Health Organisation, about 15% of the world's population lives with some form of disability, of whom 2-4% experience significant difficulties in functioning.
Medication can be a great help. It can be a start on the road to recovery. But sometimes there can be limited resource within the healthcare system to help people manage their condition long term.
This is where Share and Bloom can help. The possibility of long term solutions. One where people can manage their condition themselves or even whilst taking medication, seeing a therapist or getting a little help from a friend, loved one or family member.
