To put it simply, I always have a choice on how I view things. And there will always be an alternative viewpoint.

In worrying about the future I am choosing the worst possible outcome as a focus of my worry. But what if I were to pick the best possible outcome and consider that just as possible as the worst?

Of all the worries I’ve ever had, very few things turn out catastrophically wrong. Of all the negative viewpoints I’ve had on a situation, in time a much more positive perspective surfaces.

So my aim is to catch those hardened viewpoints early on and allow alternative possibilities. And allow the possibility that things may turn out wonderfully well, which if fact they mostly do anyway!!!
