Oh man I can get lost in my thoughts, over think and get all serious about something like my life depends on it. One fast route out of this for me is utter silliness. My home is surrounded by things that are plain silly and make me laugh.

So let me introduce you to Cat Dog. My candle holder. I have a debate on with my friends, is this a cat or a dog? Seems to divide opinions. Most are convinced this is a cat. While I’m firm on it being a dog. A very silly and naughty dog.

Every morning I light my Cat Dog candle to meditate with. And I get to start each day with a bit of a giggle.
